Trending @Infosys; VERY UNFAIR RATING GIVEN despite performance!
I've been in the current project since last 2 performance cycles and this was the 3rd cycle under same manager..!
This year I delivered and worked on really complex deliverables and also dependancy is high. But still I got ME!
Last two times also I got ME only.. I get it that recent joiners won't be given good ratings, but despite this the 3rd time I still got ME! It's really feeling very hurting and unfair.
Anyone pls let me know in comments why they would have given and what's the chance to it be changed if I raise review?
It's not your fault, as you said this is third time with same manager. Seems it's your manager incompentency that he was not able to convince mgmt to give your good rating. Better change project and manager. This happened to me from last two time with same manager. This time I worked with new manager and got good rating.
Hmm getting it.... But actually I also have proofs ( like appreciation mails) from client manager for my work....so I'm thinking of raising review discussion next Monday..can u pls tell what's the chance that rating may change considering I review with strong proofs in discussion
Please switch.Nothing will change even if you question.If you are usefull then when you resign every body will know your value.Real talks happen during resignation not appraisal.
Issue is I can't switch currently due to location and some personal health constraints... I may need t9 continue in Infy for next cycle also.. That is why I baldy need atleast CD rating this time so that in Future no other managers can raise performance issue with me as I'll have CD rating
