Very smart team lead

My team lead behaves like BA in front of team and barely does any development. Behaves like team lead in front of client and takes credit or blames you taking name. Neither does BA work, commands and orders us around including creating JIRA stories ourselves.

Very intelligent guy though, just lazy, political and cringe.
