Very less CTC in TCS
Currently working at 3.5LPA in TCS, total work experience is only 9 months. But in the Metro city, it is very difficult to survive in this salary. Suggest me what should I do? I want to Prepare for the switch but I'm still confused about which Domain I should choose! Dev or DSA
If you joined as fresher than you can’t leave immediately. What you can do is till your bond period is over, you can move to your hometown(if you are from different city and also if TCS is there in that city) once you have completed 2 years just resign
My bond period is completing on My 1st anniversary in TCS, which is on 1st September. & Also in my Hometown there is no TCS office. i can stay at my home but later i have to go back to the Main location. But the main problem is salary! I'm getting very very less sir.

Have patience. Stop worrying and start acting. --> Since you aren't sure where to go, be consistent on DSA practice (it can even be twice or thrice a week or only on weekends) and start learning some development. If you are done with that, explore a little bit of CI/CD and keep learning. Once you are done with the bond here, you will have a highly employable skill set. --> Utilise resources like Udemy, linkedin learning and participate in Fresco play contests. It will help you learn as well as keep you engaged in something productive rather than worrying. -->Seems you are late for wings1 May cycle but just in case you haven't put papers by sept. Keep an eye on November cycle wings1 assessment announcements. Do participate in that I would recommend to start looking at it's curriculum well in advance. All the best 🎉

You should not complaint at this early stage
You are fresher and you should focus on acquiring skills.
TCS has already given you the offer letter and that time you agreed to join with that much package.
How suddenly you wakeup with less salary??
Aquire required skills, get some experience and then try for another company

I would suggest
Do not make any decision in hurry.
Increase your skill set and then try to search in other company after completing your probation period
After 1st anniversary you'll get an increment which might not be helpful but will definitely be a bit less painful. You must not leave TCS without having 2.5-3 years of experience, or else no other company would value you. In the mean time you can prepare for Wings 1.
Note: I'm also sailing in the same boat and this is what I am currently planning.
Who told you can't leave without 2.5-3 years. I have seen people switching to product based within a year with more than 10X of tcs's ctc
I can understand your words & experience. But I'm not planning to stay in TCS for 2-3 years. I just want some better options, so whatever it is required to get that, I'm ready for it.
You need to do both, anyway that will more depends on the kind of company and package you are targeting.
In my opinion it's you should try best to clear wings 1 to get digital incentives it's much easy than clearing innovator one.

Yes I'm trying to clear the Wings 1 but also I want to change the Company. My project is not that good, it is not giving me any new skillsets.
