
Very irresponsible management
I've sent repeated emails regarding the 0% variable pay. My project doesn't have ODC and they've confirmed WFH for me until my seats are allocated and still I've been impacted. Now the project manager, program manager and the HR are not responding to my emails. Whatever tickets I've opened are getting automatically resolved with no solution being provided. Feeling very bad for being in TCS. They've shamelessly utilised my skills and cannot pay back.

Have you raised WFO exception request?

Yes. Raised an exception after the HR and project managers confirmed over email. But after I raised them they didn't approve.

No need of mails and confirmation from project and hr.Only system level hr and project manager approvals required. Is this done from your side??

Do u have exception raised for WFO make sure its approved else its a trap u mind end up getting 0% because of RTO compliance

Without approval in application it will be considered as non compliant only . You need to raise in wfo exception and get is approved then only you will not be impacted.

They made wfo mandatory, I dont have issue to work from office and try to work from office but have to sit in canteen / reception. so I sent an email to HRBP stating I am going to raise a security incident and going to communicate same with client. immediately I got a call from HR asking to raise exception

My shifts are on weekends and they expect me to visit office even though the cafeteria isn't functioning and there's not a single soul in office. Apart from everything if I don't visit office my variable pay gets deducted too. This is nothing but a well planned way to slowly make people leave this organisation.

Raise WFH exception request in GESS.
Follow up with HR to approve it by sending her mail and ping her in Google chat . Do call 🤙 . Then ask manager / delivery manager to approve .. do send them mail and don't forget to keep Milind Lakkad in this mail chain .every one responds .
