Very Dark Days are Ahead

Everywhere the sudden benching is happening. Initially it seemed normal but the days goes by and I am hearing scary stories from people my beliefs are now shaken. In BFSI UK also same thing happened and the shocking part is 1 month back my manager has informed me about my release and guess what yesterday they got him resigned forcefully. They are finding every possible flaws in you to get resigned. No one is safe now even the most valuable associate is being released. And the sad part is they are not even allowed to onboard in a new project even if you have cleared the interviews. Such sick fck decision are being taken by the so called leader who are supposed to take care of their employees.

Lucky you. But thqt doesn't meqn it's not happening anywhere. Within one month my manager got the verdict with only 1 day notice. Believe it or not but doesn't matter. It happened in front of my eye. This was a Bangalore Pioneer SEZ project.

The BFSI UK Head became the Head of UK as well now, so expect this all over the region

Yes. Dark days ahead for all folks... ppl who stay back or get sacked.

TCS should be taught a lesson by folks who are forced to leave. As a industry leader, you cannot have this fucking madness going around. Gartner should take note of all these and should not recommend txs as top vendor for projects. Customers should note that It is a big risk to engage txs in project execution - frustrated and grossly underpaid consultants can never deliver good outcomes in projects. It is like making someone work at gunpoint - slavery. Slavery in digital world signifies Txs.

I'm seeing such News only on grapevine, fishbowl and facebook TCS confession page. In LinkedIn absolutely zero posts or very negligible News. You people please go and take care of your family matters during weekends. Don't spread rumours.

Not BFSI or so but I know of 2 confirmed force resignations in MFG Unit. Both people were 15+ and 25+ years exp. C3b and c5 grade.
The c3b got 1 year severance pay and C5 got 16 months severance pay. Not spreading any fake news. This is 100% true.

Yes its true . Last week five colleagues of mine across different exp were terminated .Only 1 crossed 35days bench remaining did not .While terminating them, they were humiliated by RMG and HR in a very unprofessional manner .

People still will think it's a rumour jist because it's not happening with them or their colleagues. There are other post also there regarding this matter. All are faking then!
