Hi I am newly onboarded to Verizon project My manager told me to install Checkpoint Endpoint VPN instead of ZScaler to connect with Verizon and so we can able to open Citrix workspace. When I was in home, I can able to connect to checkpoint endpoint vpn and able to open Citrix Today, Iam in office and trying to connect the checkpoint endpoint vpn, but it's connecting and I can't able to open Citrix. I tried also with ethernet cable but still I can't connect. Anyone have any idea on this, who is working on a Verizon project?
U can't use icorp wifi, u need to use i2web network,if it's not showing, manually add i2web
Is it open or password protected network
This is happening because u r working on Infy's network.U need to raise special access request for internet u will get credentials after ur request is completed this request is submitted to DM. Just for confirmation u can try to connect ur system with ur personal network when you are in office
