Verifying Blinkit email in Grapevine

I recently noticed that my company was switched from Blinkit to Zomato in the app.

And now when I try to join the internal Zomato channel, I can’t verify myself since I don’t have an @zomato.com email. All folks from Blinkit still have @grofers.com or @blinkit.com (alias) email.

Is it possible to make the app consider both email domains as valid for Zomato?

Can you try doing this now? should work for Grofers and Blinkit IDs

Thanks for the quick response.

So I was able to receive the code. But after entering it, I saw the check mark on my screen and nothing happened.

I restarted the app, asked for verification again. Now it says the email address is already verified. But I can’t see the channel.

Tried with the blinkit alias in case this was a glitch. But nah same result. Now both my email addresses are verified but no channel.

Maybe update your app? I see the internal channels feature at the homepage itself.
