12moVenture Fellowship without an MBA or CFA, possible?
By degree, I am a Computer Engineer. I’ve worked for my dad (family business) post college (post pandemic) as a Finance Manager. I don’t wish to work here anymore, but I don’t want to go for an MBA or CFA because it would take me 2-3 years and I am already in my final age of 20s.
I’ve been cold emailing a lot of people at Venture firms from the past week. I’ve received a handful replies to send my resume but nothing after that, so far. I am genuinely interested to work in Venture Capital/ Private Equity space.

- Unless you are from a tier 1 college or into consulting at Big 4 firms.
- Founded companies that did well to some extent or worked at early stage stage startups.
It's really hard without the above two categories. You can start as a venture scout at vc firms and make some contacts.

That’s what I’ve been hearing a lot. Tier 1 college or experience in a startup. :((
