If your going to release from the project your supposed to put you in vcdp (virtual deployment pool) (1 week to 1 month depending on project) this vcdp will be partially released from project

Once your released from project completely you will be on pdp (project deployment pool)

After some days if didn't allocated to any project then ADP will start that's where your aging will start (which generally shows in talent market place)

As per my understanding, ADP PDP are normal bench, that has less limit to find the project like 45 days etc. but VCDP is like a year stress free bench period I mean aging doesn’t get started in VCDP.

Pdp is bench and adp is like bench but you will be trained on some tech need to pass in that but don't know but vcdp

Don't know about the cons of adp if not pass them what just sharing I heard from others ageing I think more than 3 months
