VCDP - it’s also part of ADP but we can call it as project bench of 28 days where no ageing count will start. PDP/ADP - Here there are two categories with timeline and without timeline. So in some cases if your skills are in demand skills you will get without timeline ADP policy where ageing won’t be calculated. That means you will get extra 30 days where ageing won’t be calculated apart from your 28 VCDP days. So overall days you can get if your skills are in-demand (28days-VCDP+30days-ADP exemption+35days-ageing+6days) ~ 100days total.

PDP - Bench (completely released state)
VCDP - Virtual Cognizant Deployable Pool, which means you will be in the non-billable state, you just have the access to TMP.
