Trending @Wipro; Variable payout for resigned employee

Hi Friends Anyone aware about the variable pay payout Wipro is providing for a resigned employee or not.

My last working day is in Jan 2025 but so far we have received variable pay for July, Aug, Sept in December month payroll. Will I get variable pay for the remaining months in my full and final settlement ? I am in little doubt as the next quarter results will be published by February 15, 2025.

Please help if anyone is aware about this. Thank you.
