Variable payout?

Hi people...

Would anyone know how much is the variable payout in companies like Swiggy or Zomato and is it a good option to take offer of 10% variable on total offer made specifically if moving to more expensive city like from Delhi to Bombay

Any valid info is appreciated!

Till now , swiggy has been consistently giving variable payouts. So if your base is good enough, a portion in variable payout is a good bet as you can get 100% plus payout based on performance.
