I hope you are talking about Engagement performance bonus(EPB).its a monthly component based on your quarterly rating. 50-60 percentage you will get it. But it's not a constant. May be it will be vary

No not regarding that another component i.e performance bonus and one thing i joined hcl feb1 2024 so when can i expect compensation letter or hike since 1 year will complete at feb 1
