Trending @Accenture; Variable pay very less

When I was on the bench i got a variable pay 8.5% in may cycle and after I got the project and now I got variable pay of only 4.9% which is very low , i don't know why they reduced. Can I raise questions to my manager?, if I raise questions they gonna be judge me ?

Because of your chargeability.

8.5% VP was decided last yr, since most members are likely to make similar % payout is made per previous yr. But overall is decided in Nov.

Is his project under same DU & market , was your bench period same .

There are many coefficient which will impact .

Same here. When outcome discussion happened my people lead mentioned because of bench period I got less bonus this time. 8.5 during bench, 7 during project
