Variable pay @TCS
Grade: C1 Experience: 2 years 10 months My monthly pay: 26.4k
I am told that people with the same stats get 32k per month because they report to the office 5 days a week.
According to them 6k is deducted from me for not going to the office regularly.
N.B. I was unallocated for 4 months now I have been allocated but without ODC access. Onboarding might take 1 month (they said) And they are making me work from my personal laptop.
What do you think?

You can refuse to work on your personal laptop and asked this same query to your reporting lead or manager as you deserves same salary without any deduction.
