Variable pay reduction

Hi everyone do everyone receive variable pay completely for this quarter, I have wfo exception for one month but still rhey cut complete variable pay, what to do on this

They never give 100% above C2 grade

Mine also c2 only received 40% variable pay

July - Your old QVA per month Aug - Your old QVA per month Sep - Your revises QVA per month

So you will not get full QVA as revised.

Raise a ticket... and discuss in exception they give full amount...were you unallocated?
