why the fuck is my variable pay reduced to half when i have a wfo index of 85+ ?

It's reduced because we got annual compensation letter on sep 2025. So for this quarter revised Quaterly pay stayed only for 1 month (Sep only for period Jul-Sep)
So, calculate like this
July - Your old QVA per month
Aug - Your old QVA per month
Sep - Your revised QVA per month
