Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay Received but no Hike

I got variable 8% in my current month salary. But its mentioned my base pay is going to increase by 3%. I am disappointed I got 3% . Is the hike for the June Cycle different. Or is it the same mentioned on the rewards statement.
