Hi! I joined Accenture in November 2024 and was wondering if I’ll be receiving the Variable Pay (VP). If yes, could someone please let me know how much it might be and when it's usually paid out? I'd really appreciate any information—thank you!

You will receive and it will be around 14k and paid in May salary!

What level you are in? It also depends on your total fixed pay and whether you are on bench or in a client project now?

In Accenture VP is delayed, so VP which is supposed to come in May salary is VP for Feb month. Since you joined in Nov, it's a 3-4 month VP. For new joiner VP percentage is usually 8%. So it will be like

VP = Base Pay * 8% * 4/6 * 1/2 * Resources Utilisation
