Trending @Infosys; Variable pay percentage increase

Last year I got a hike of 30% including my promotion. But one things was weird that my variable pay was increased from 10 to 15%. I was JL4 and promoted to JL5. Is this normal and happened to anyone?

You must have done something special to get a 30% hike. 17.5% is the norm for promotion at infosys

It was hike plus promotion. I got Commendable rating and did good in the project so might be the case
