Trending @Accenture; Variable pay percentage confusion in Accenture

Hi. I joined on Jan 10 2025.

My fixed is 11 LPA and my variable pay for this cycle is given as 5.25% and the amount is 4100 only.

If it is calculated from base pay I should receive more right? I am confused with this calculation. Can someone help out. Why the amount is less?

Months taken into consideration are Jan & feb only for this half.

Even if it's jan and feb it should be around 8000 but I got 4100 only which is less than a month right?

VP is paid to only proj people or also people on bech gets it???

5.25% is split and payed twice a year, so now you should receive around half of it.
