Let's say the base pay is 10 lpa and variable pay is 1 lpa and he got 15 percent as bonus . Is it 15 percent of base = 1.5lakh or 15 percent of variable pay = 15k . Could anyone please clarify

Suppose base pay is 10 lpa and you got 15% so 15% of 1000000 is 150000
So you'll get 75k

May and November bonuses 😁.
So it's not?l 15% in may and 15% in Nov.
Overall 15% bonus per year that's maximum they can give. And minimum is as per project, TL and manager decision to give
