CL12, i got 10.5% hike and 4.9% vp. But last cycle i got 8.5% vp. I received negative feedback from my manager. Can this be the reason for low vp?

You are talking about hike but i came to know that the hike and promotions shifted to june In Which project you are on, must be in a good project. For me no hike and vp also received only 6%😒
