Trending @HCL; Variable pay merger and increment

I joined in JULY 2024 last week when will I get new compensation letter without variable pay which is rolled out for guys who were eligible. Am I also eligible for that. If yes when can I get it will they also give some appraisal after adding variable pay into fix pay or thats it.
