Trending @Capgemini; Variable Pay letter

It should have been emailed to c grade and above on or before 23rd dec,2024 for the whole year but nothing came and in earlier years it was notified that half of variable will come in mid jan and remaining half in march, but for this year i heard we will get everything in march.
