Variable Pay is big scam in IT industry. Vote maximum for change

There are 18k+ members here. Even if you get 18k votes, how do you plan to bring the change.

It is easy to simply put up a poll and ask "do you agree"

Launch a petition and submit it to Ministry of labour. That might help.

Giving Company stocks would be better option.

Ok to take a cut on poor performance of the company only if there is a proportionate add on payment every time there is good company performance. Current setup is thievery en masse.

None of these. Pay the variable pay as company shares.

And reduce the share of variable pay its too high, 10-15% is good enough to cut.
