Hi Everyone,

I joined HCL in June 2025 . Will I be getting the variable pay for this 4 months? In October salary?

Please let me know , HR has said 100% variable pay assured .

yearly variable pay will be processed in May.

No , you will not get in October, you will get in May/ June salary that too a prorated one

You should have got in sep salary check salary slip carfullly it is processed next quater after 60 days
