Trending @Accenture; Variable pay in NP ?

Planning to put down papers this week, should I wait till September so that I can get the variable pay for November considering 90 days notice?

If you are on notice you won't get VP

VP gets allocated only towards Oct and in case you have resigned, some biases can kick in and your reporting manager may want to use finds for someone staying.

You may get very less VP if resigned. But a week will not make huge difference. Wait till Sept and then resign. Something is better than nothing.
