Does Accenture pay variable pay if I've resigned? I'm planning to resign now as I've secured an offer from Deloitte and I wanted to know if I can expect variable pay in May.

Yes, you will be eligible for VP, my friend resigned last year, he got both VP as well as hike in Nov 24. His LWD was Dec first week.
