Trending @Accenture; Variable pay in June
I have been reading here that variable pay in June is going to be same as Dec. I am at CL9 and got 19% variable pay during Dec. Does that mean I will get 19% again this time? Looks highly unlikely to me considering ACN recent performance cycles.
Same, I got 20% because they didn’t give any hike. It’s very unlikely to get 20% again plus with a hike.
Folks here say that Dec and June variable are same but hard to believe.
Yeahh I had got 6% hike 19% VP in Dec btw. I don’t expect a hike as I already got something in Dec but even 19% VP is unlikely.
Since 2 cycles I observed we get same % in June as prev Dec, but the % was less than 10. Last Dec I got 15% so thinking fair I should get the same in June.
Hope that wont come out true, since i got only 6% bonus during nov cycle, i am amazed how you guys have got 19-20% 😱
I checked the Variable pay FAQs available in allsec. So basically there it is mentioned that the percentage decided in Nov will be taken into consideration for May as well apart from some exceptions like if someone has got Improve performance(IP) talent outcome or if the charge ability is reduced and others.
I got 3% in last cycle 😶
