Trending @HCL; Variable pay in full and final settlement
Hi , I'm currently serving my notice. I really wanted to know whether I will be getting the variable pay or not. The last year the performance letter released on may and Paid along with June month salary. But the performance cycle ends in March. My LWD is in April. I tried to reach out to the HR and not getting any response.
Sorry to say but you will not get any variable pay as you are on notice period these guys will not pay you, if possible you can ask your new employer to compensate on your variable pay as joining bonus nothing else can be done
Oh ! This is not fare.
They are delaying our hike letter.
Again holding our deserved variable pay as well which is a part of our CTC😐
These corporates are blood sucking leeches... They feed on first employees salary then blood... They do charity to save taxes not for any good cause. Don't hope any good from them.
