Trending @Accenture; Variable pay in Accenture

I have joined Accenture on Jan 10 2025. Billable from Feb 2025. I have received variable pay as 5.25%. Can someone clarify how this is calculated? And what will be my variable pay for next cycle. In my offer letter they have mentioned 15-20% as variable pay. How much max I can expect in a year?
