Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay in Accenture

I have total 4.5 YOE and i joined Accenture in October 2024 with 13.5 fixed CTC at CL10. This will be the first time i am going to get the vp. It shows that i will get 25k with 5.25%. Is it at par/lesser with the Accenture's overall standard of vp?

As you have not completed one year, 5.25% is okayish by looking at others VP, also it's depends on chargeable percentage, check those components as well
