My LWD at Accenture is 31st May. Should I expect variable pay this time as well with my monthly salary? Also, I just wanted to check if I will get the May Month salary usually and not along with FnF settlement

Mostly disbursement will be done before 31st so yes you will get
Since you are ab outgoing employee, if you are falling in tax bracket is your income tax getting deducted?

It didn't get deducted for April month, but I thinks its because of opting new tax regime
