I am the only one whose variable pay is not released head up if anyone else is in my situation.

All PLs got msg, how come yours is not aware. Also it is not rocket science, PL can open rewards portal and see all their reportees' statements which they only have yo release. If they don't do it by 27th, then it will be auto released.
