I want to know regarding the variable pay in Accenture. I joined in June 2024 but in variable pay of Oct I got only 14k where my total expected per year is nearly 3 Lakh or 21% of base . what is the reason. In the reward portal it is mentioned I have got 10% I am not getting the Calculation
