Variable Pay Deduction!

Hi All,

will they deduct variable pay (Monthly Performance Pay + Quarterly performance bonus )in the April 24 month's salary?

What are your thoughts, will they deduct this month or in coming months as we were notified about these policies in the middle of April.

In general any policy change the HR BP sends the mail to the delivery manager, but this time they were very late. And it is for quarterly variable only or any annual bonus which we never got 😅. So in case you’ve missed out for 6 days or less in the quarter then it’s fine else quarterly variable pay will be deducted

Thanks for the response but this quarter is just started right why will they consider the previous quarter if it's effective from April 1st??

For last quarter you’ll get paid as usual, not the next one I.e. April-June this policy will be applicable
