I joined accenture on Dec 6 2023 and I tagged to project on Dec 8 2023. When we get our variable pay? If in May month , do we get separate pay slip for variable or any mail communication we get about variable pay? How much can I expect in variable pay totally I have 1.80L has variable pay.
