Variable pay cut

My wfo index is below 85 and haven't received warning from h. Will their be a variable pay cut?

Lol variable pay cut!!!🤣🤣 My team members have been maintaining above 95% RTO and still getting only 6% variable.... Their is no surety just to let you know... The calculation is RTO, utilization and business unit performance... The first 2 you can measure as its available be seen on ultimatix... The 3rd one is tricky, if everything is good with first 2, business unit performance will be bad... So ultimately you are fooled...

Is RTO same as WFO index? Is Utilisation same as Deployment index?

They have formed a policy and notified . Now no warning will come or no one will tell younin anything

It's your job to maintain your RTO index
