Variable pay cut after promotion to C3A.
Hi, I heard that when you get promoted from C2 to C3A, there is overall increase of 12-15% in CTC and most of it in variable pay. And you only get 40-60% of variable which is not the case in C2. Is this correct?

Not 40 -60% , last quater they gave 20-30%

Way of taking back the increment given in Promotion.
TCS CA's or think tank needs to work hard to decide the deduction, increment on CTC based on individual current CTC and years of experience with the organization.
