Trending @Accenture; Variable pay confusion

I am seeing multiple post where people are mentioning their variable pay are 6-8% and rest is base pay part. But in my ctc variable part is 21%. How everyone’s variable is different? How this % get decided in ctc?

21% is the max you can get based which is just to show inflated CTC. The 6-8 % is the actual VP people are getting here which is avg VP. The max I have ever heard is very few people getting 15%.

I want to understand for all employees vp% mentioned in ctc is 21% or vary. And if it’s different then how it get decided?

Maximum variable pay is mentioned in your CTC that you can receive. Minimum is 0. So you can get anything in between 0-21
