Trending @Accenture; Variable pay coming in may?

Is variable pay in may end will depend on chargebility, because i am on project and using shadow lock code ,so my chargebility is 0 on myte ,will i get variable pay ,in Dec i got 3k+ when I am on bench so how much will i get now
