Hi friends, My LWD is 26th November. I would like to know if am eligible for the variable pay for Q3 which are July Aug Sep. Also would like to know my eligibility for Q4 which are Oct Nov Dec. please note my last day is Nov 26th. Your inputs are much appreciated to plan my financials accordingly.
You're eligible for Q3 variable pay if it's paid before your last day. For Q4, since you're leaving in November, you likely won't get it.
Hi @HumiliatingLimit thanks but usually Q3 variable is paid on Nov 30th part of Nov salary. But am leaving on 26th Nov. do you see any chance it will be made part of my F&F?
Salary gets processed in system by 19th of every month hence I guess you will get it. But I’d like to know if you get it with your salary. Please do update
