You will be getting performance bonus next quarter. This is for Oct-Dec'24.

That's totally depends of the youe performance and manager. If you are able to manage to get 90% or more then yes 15k+.

You will get more clarity while you receive your Performance bonus letter.

60% hike this is amazing man, it does not matter whether u work hard or quality or quantity yes that’s important, also we all are replaceable nobody is irreplaceable, but still 60% hike is insane happy for u but never heard in my last 10 years in infy, which unit do u belong to ?

Bro i resigned on 23rd December to just check if they retain me or give me promotion. 23rd i resigned around 9-10pm and next day in morning 6am was in S1 shift so got call from manager for buttering and also to ask expectations etc. so i told i need atleast 60% to stay in infy i can easily get 7-8 lpa outside with this skills and experience. So hot the promotion on 10th jan. Like i thought this was retention but this was not. I also asked for transfer from pune to mumbai which they agreed. But now due to transfer are on hold due to likited capacity since its not a big office. Just a office in a single building that’s it. Also we were a team of 11 people. Already 4-5 people have left project including my team leader from whom as a fresher and in these 3 years i have learned a lot. Even he asked for 30% which is standard and he was working like hell quantity plus quality. Still he was not retained plus other people did not even get a call until 1-2 months asking why you are resigning. So you can understand how important i am to them. I agree the work doesn’t stop by anyone going out of project. But atleast the process and work gets fucked up for few days and months. Since i am looking at most of the things myself. Which others wont do until told
