What is the % of variable for latest quarter.

In our case it is around 42.5, which is far low than the expected calculation.

For c1, its 71% for Q4

It is 68.85 % for C1. You can check this in my financial -> financial reports -> variable pay workings -> quarter 4. It may vary based on practice.

Seems it is different for different practices/accounts

At C1 level, it is not based on complete IT services but based on specific domain/pratice, till B3 it is based on IT services. For eg i have not been getting 1 portion of it out of 3, so getting 66% for last 2 cycles whereas my collegaues in B3 band in same pratice were getting 100%.
