variable pay calculation doubt

hi ..pls correct me if i am wrong.. variable pay = performance bonus + performance pay in tcs

pls let me knw if i am calculating it wrong.

i checked my" performance pay "in ctc..its 100 percent i got in my pay. but when i compared my "performance bonus" parameter in ctc, i found they gave 44 percent only in this pay.

pls if anyone can assist

Performance pay is monthly and is paid in full. Performance Bonus is quarterly which is variable pay.

thanks for your response..but giving variable pay this much less is not good
