Trending @Accenture; Variable pay calculation after 3 years in accenture

Hello all When I joined accenture my ctc was base 7 lpa with 1.2 lakhs as variable amount making to 8.2 lpa Now base is 10.5 lpa and I want to know what is my variable amount now so that can use it later for variable part in future job interviews. How do we calculate it considering I got 77k in may and 94k in November last year as variable. Kindly help, it’s so confusing.
