No, there is deduction but I want to ask how much deduction is made if attendance is 75%
Like @TruthfulLog1 mentioned he/she didn't receive anything
According to HR if attendance is
above 80% - no deduction 60% to 80% - 50% deduction Below 60% - 100% deduction

But I'm not sure if attendance is 75% so they will deduct or not
