Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay/ Bonus

Hi All,

Today I got to know that my manager has initiated my variable pay although I am still not able to see it in portal. He didn’t even discussed or told me how much percent he has allotted. On asking he’s just telling me company performance was bad, same was with client side as well so we have given you decent V.P.

I don’t know much about process for V.P since it’s only been 7 months for me here but can anyone let me know if this is the right thing that my manager is doing or not.

Also can anyone let me know if we will get V.P along with May salary or June.
