Variable Pay at Tcs

Due to less that 60% (July- Not applicable August 100%, Sept - 0 %, avg - 50%)WFO index i did not receive the QVA. But in Nov month for me for Sept month my HR applied for WFH exception....will I get now QVA for missed qtr?

If HR applied the WFH exception, there's a chance you might get the QVA for that quarter. Keep an eye on your next payslip!

If you missed QVA for a quarter, there is no way in TCS to fill the gap. No matter what.

If you can show strong resentment someone might intervene to find a work around.
